About Us

We are a non-profit organization that has been providing hospice care in Northeast Michigan since 1979. We currently serve Arenac, Crawford, Gladwin, Iosco, Ogemaw, Oscoda and Roscommon counties. We provide care for patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and are seeking comfort care rather than curative treatment. Hospice care is provided in the patient's home or a facility. Patients and their families have the benefit of a team of professionals to support and care for their loved ones. Care team members include: the patients physician/hospice medical director, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual advisors, bereavement counselors, home health aides and volunteers. In addition to the care team, hospice care offers 24-hour availability, specialized children's services, therapies, dietary assistance, pain management, all medications related to the illness, medical equipment and supplies.
