Breaking into a new hobby? Looking to refresh your kayaking skills? Learn the fundamentals of kayak paddling, trip planning, and recreating in Michigan’s many freshwater ecosystems. This 4-hour class includes fun activities to help you practice proper paddling, and fun nature activities too. Plus, we’ll serve you lunch! Kayaks are provided to the first 4 registrants. Some lifejackets are available, however you should bring your own if possible. Participants MUST be 18 years or older. A liability waiver must be signed upon arrival and prior to entering a kayak.
