Sunshines Employment Services is a small business located in Roscommon MI that specializes in helping people with Cognitive or Physical impairments find and keep jobs. As a certified individual consultant for Michigan Rehabilitation Services, I work with clients who receive funding from this agency for both my services and their own needs. I offer Job Coaching services, Job readiness skills and On-Site Job shadowing for my clients. This means that you train me on how to do your job, and then I train my clients on the same skills. I also provide other Job-related services to my clients, such as resume writing, interview preparation and career counseling.
Currently servicing Roscommon, Crawford, Ogemaw and Gladwin counties.
