My career dreams have always revolved around being a freelance artist. I wanted to rock my own book of clients and pave my own future without the limitations of earning a pay raise. After six years of college, I knew and experienced the perks of having a steady paycheck. And, despite the comfort of money you can count on each month, my mind was constantly humming to the tune of being an entrepreneur. I’d obsessively observe my professors, my employers, my managers - and dream about the way I would run my own business with my own team of creatives.
